By completing registration as a seller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use, including the terms set forth in this Registration Notification for Sellers.
ELIGIBILITY
To register and operate as a seller, you must:
1. Be of legal age and capacity in your jurisdiction;
2. Be permitted by applicable laws and regulations to engage in the sale of second-hand mining servers;
3. Agree to comply with any applicable local licensing, consumer protection, and tax requirements.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any seller account at our discretion, in accordance with the Terms of Use. Such rejection, suspension, and termination do not relieve you of any outstanding obligations related to prior transactions or compliance issues.
KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC)
As part of our compliance obligations, we may require identity verification and other due diligence checks in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The personal data we may collect from you and the manners in which such data will be handled are specified in our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide complete and truthful information when registering your seller account, and to keep such information up to date at all times.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your seller account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
We encourage all sellers to take reasonable security precautions, including the use of strong passwords and regular account reviews.
SELLING CONDUCT
As a seller, you agree to:
1. Only list items that are legally permitted and comply with applicable laws and regulations as well as the Terms of Use;
2. Accurately describe your items and disclose relevant details about their conditions;
3. Fulfill sales transactions in a timely and transparent manner;
4. Treat purchasers with respect and engage in good-faith communications.
FEES AND PAYOUTS
By registering as a seller, you acknowledge that certain service fees (the “Service Fees”) may apply, including transaction, listing, and service-related charges. Information regarding payout schedules and payment thresholds will be made available in the Terms of Payments.
We may withhold, adjust, or delay payouts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Terms of Payments.
Specifically, the Service Fees shall be calculated as follows:
1. Service Fees for all sellers:
a. A 1% fee shall be applied to each completed transaction; and
b. The maximum fee per transaction shall be USD50.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify this Registration Notification at any time. Changes will become effective once posted. Continued use of the seller account after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
